HOW TO USE: As a body scrub, use every 10-15 days while you're having a shower. Massage into your damp skin in circular + upward motions for 1-2 minutes, then rinse with warm water and gently pat dry with a clean towel. Avoid irritated skin or wounds. As a scalp scrub, apply to your damp hair and massage in circular motions all over your scalp for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with warm water and then wash your hair as usual. Avoid contamination with water.
